1. Overview
Welcome to Authentic Auto. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clear expectations, fair service delivery, and protection for both the customer and our business.
2. Services
Authentic Auto provides mobile and on-site vehicle restoration services, including but not limited to headlight restoration and cosmetic surface improvement.
All services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. The level of work required may vary depending on oxidation, wear, or damage.
Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual vehicle condition and will always be confirmed with the customer before additional work is performed.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits are applied toward the total service cost
- Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future service
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit
- No-shows will result in forfeited deposits
- Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings
5. Arrival & Service Time
Customers are expected to be available at the scheduled appointment time.
- Arriving late may reduce service time
- Significant delays may require rescheduling based on availability
- Service time estimates are approximate and depend on vehicle condition
6. Refund Policy
All completed services are final and non-refundable.
If you have concerns regarding service quality, Authentic Auto will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it where appropriate.
7. Mobile Service Requirements
For mobile appointments, customers must provide:
- A safe and legal working environment
- Adequate space to perform services
- Access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions or weather.
8. Liability
Authentic Auto is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Weak, aged, or compromised vehicle surfaces
- Issues unrelated to the service performed
- Conditions beyond reasonable control (weather, access issues, etc.)
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The vehicle is accessible at appointment time
- The work area is suitable and safe
- Accurate information is provided at booking
10. Agreement
By booking a service with Authentic Auto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
