Shipping Time 
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing. Some items, including 
specialty wheels or backordered products, may take longer. 
Shipping Rates 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided as a flat rate. Rates may vary based on 
product size, weight, and destination. 
Tracking Information 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS (if provided 
at checkout). 
Multiple Shipments 
Items may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers or warehouses. You may receive 
multiple tracking numbers. 
Delays 
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Supplier inventory delays 
• High order volume 
We are not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped. 
Incorrect Shipping Information 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for 
orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. 
Damaged or Lost Packages 
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
confirmation. We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to resolve the issue.
