Refund & Return Policy – Authentic Wheels & Tires

Due to the nature of our products and supplier-based fulfillment, all sales are subject to the following return and refund terms.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Returns (Eligibility)
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is not a special order or custom item

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted or used wheels/tires

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or discounted items

Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a 15%–30% restocking fee, depending on supplier policies.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Order Refusals
Refusing delivery without authorization may result in return fees and restocking charges.

Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct fitment (bolt pattern, size, offset, etc.) before purchasing. We are not responsible for fitment issues if the correct specifications were not confirmed prior to purchase.
